who we are?

I have studied Ichthyology and currently I am studing coastal zone management at the University of Aegean. I am working as a diving instructor (certified by PADI) and I cooparate with diving clubs at Paros, Lesvos and Chios.
Elina has studied marine biology/ichthyology and is working as a scuba diving instructor certified by PADI and CMAS (cmas two star instructor). She cooperates with diving centres in central and north Greece.

The identification of the species in the photographs may have serious mistakes as they are not the result of a scientific way of identification. We hope we haven't made any mistakes that disorient our readership. The only good thing about this way of identification is that no animals are killed or suffer.

HOW TO USE OUR LABELS

The labels with (parenthesis) are referring to taxonomic groups.
The - label is referring to other subjects.

Finally the rest of the labels are the name of species and labels like
Salaria sp. = is referring to photos that we can identify up to the genus level.
Salaria pavo = is referring to photos that we can identify up to the specie level.

The * label is referring to animal habits and behaviours
